Grill Mayo Salmon Recipe from Chefky

As I promised earlier in my facebook wallpost, I'm going to post the recipe of
Grilled Mayo Salmon

to you all! :D Isn't that great?! Wohooo~
Just a few easy steps only ^^

1. Preheat the oven to 180 and prepare a Salmon.

Here you go, a salmon :D

2. Peel off the Salmon Skin

You need some karate kung fu skill here, using the knife cutting in between the skin and the flesh horizontally carefully.

3. Put the naked salmon on the aluminum foil covered tray.

Sexy salmon, don't grease the tray
because salmon itself will produce oil once heated.

5. Prepare Mayonnaise.

Whatever brand you like, one facebook friend suggested me to use Japanese mayo (soft bottle) one, also can :D Any mayonnaise!! Free of Choice!!

6. Prepare Salt.

For me I use Saxa salt, I like it because the bottle looks cool.

7. Spread the salt onto the buddeh of salmon equally.

Like massaging its back.

8. Spread the Mayo onto the buddeh salmon equally.

Prefer to cover all of it, as in all of the flesh see-able.

I did not put all because the family pay more
attention to the "health facts" issue XD

PUT IN THE PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES!

5 Minutes later...

Take out the tray carefully,
don't burn yourself cause I already did and it's painful T.T

9. Put on black pepper onto the half grilled salmon.

Any brand as long as it's black papper and makes you sneeze.

10. Then parsley,
now this is very important because it provides major scent on the dish.

Pour it equally onto the mayo-covered salmon.

PUT BACK THE TRAY INTO THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 6 -7 MINUTES!
Just in case you can't see my words, I capitalised them XD

Look it's grilling X)

6 to 7 minutes later.... DING!

And this is Chefky's revealed recipe of Grill Mayo Salmon

Time for revision is getting tighter and more limited as day goes by. Stress and depression are increasing as well. I didn't attend classes for F5 paper which is performance management as classes for this paper clashed with the other 2 papers' classes. So I decided to have my own study on F5.

The resources I got on hand is a BPP textbook. Yeah, a BPP textbook only. And that version is for 2007 Dec and 2008 Jun exams. OUTDATED! There nowhere to get the latest edition this late at my place.

How to make EasiYo - Home made Yogurt

As you can see my previous related post here, it's very troublesome if we bought the wrong flavored yogurt or somehow too sweet or tasteless. Just... you bought something you don't like lo. Understand? Well well, EasiYo settles these problems!

There is no other yogurt tastes as good, or is more beneficial than freshly-made real yogurt, ie, EasiYo Yogurt!

EasiYo Yogurt is rich in absorb-able nutrients and has BILLIONS of live lactic cultures (those beneficial 'good guys') in every spoonful! You just can't beat yogurt when it's at its freshest! There's numbers of flavors: standard yogurt, low fat yogurt, specialty yogurt, bio-life yogurt, premium yogurt, drinking yogurt and many more!

This time I use the specialty yogurt, Greek - style unsweetened. Meaning no sugar, meaning not sweet at all. Aiya, people want to diet wa.

First of all you will need a pack of EasiYo yogurt pack,
whatever flavors you like.

Then a hardware (container) of EasiYo,
got different colour one you know?
I have the yellow one yay.

Then the most impostant thing will be the outer hardware (flask) of EasiYo.
Later tell you what is it use for :)

Next boiling water, around 700ml.

COLD (not cool) water from the fridge, 1000ml

With these easy and simple ingredients,
we can now start making our own yogurt!

1. Pour cold water to the 400ml measured on the container

2. Put in the yogurt powder, ALL!

3. Cover and start to shake shake shake for around 50 times! You can dance "Mexico Cha Cha dance" when shaking if you want.

4. Open the lid and pour in the cold water to the top of the
"arrow sign" on the container.

5. And do some "Mexico Cha Cha Dance"

Shake 50 times is enough, don't over excited ha.

6. As soon as you finish the shakes, BOILING (around 90+ degree celcius, not warm!) water must be ready at that time. Pour in to the hardware UNTIL the white line on the upper side, not lower side yeah. DO NOT EXCEED nor DECEED the line,
this is very important!

7. Very soon after that, put in the yogurt container into the flask SLOWLY, don't use "dump" or "throw" ok =.= I know you guys won't do that aren't you??

This big flask is like a home for the healthy germs to generate, it keeps the heat from the boiling water and on the same time keeps the cold from the cold water. This is the perfect condition for the healthy little germs!

8. Close the Lid, just turn the lid in a clockwise direction
until you feel a "stop" or "break" sensation.

9. Kindly dry out the hardware with a smiley face :D

10. Wait for at least 8 hours, or more if you want the yogurt to be more "solidified".
11. 8 hours or more later, take out the yogurt container and check if the content has become creamy or slimmy, if yes, put into the fridge and SERVE COLD! :D

It's SO DELICIOUS when eaten cold. ^.^

And it will be something like this!

Since I used the unsweetened flavor, I can modify it myself instead of eating it straight away. By adding some cereals or fruits or milk! Some people may use for baking purpose!

To gain the full health benefits of yogurt, the cultures in it need to be LIVE. But as these cultures last just days, freshly-made yogurt is the only real way of ensuring you receive optimum benefits as well as a great taste.

EasiYo is the greatest choice of all!

Sorry for the previous post btw, I'm fine atm :)

Just ignore this post.

I'm nuts!

Yeah, it's true I'm going nuts :(
Just look at my table! :d

It's full of books, papers, files, water bottle, face cream, pen, high lighters, etc.
Exams will be 2 months away from here, ACCA is killing course, well I love challenging, bring it on babeh. December 2010 will be my BIGGEST war of the year!

My ahnd got infected and on the same place again. Left hand, in between the middle and the "no name/forth" finger. It gets itchy and skin will peel off by itself and swollen in no time.

Feeling like burning it with fire, you would not know how itchy and irritating it is. I wonder what will cause this infection ha? Lack of Vitamin Z?

I'm going nuts, I'm eating nuts! :D
Honey Roasted Macadamias

I heard that nuts are good for brain, for this nut-brain me,
I definitely have to consume more.

For your information, it's manufactured in Australia. But ho, it's quite high in cholesterol, those who has cholesterol should control the amount of consuming. Drink lotsa water after eating macadamias, cause it will harden your poop poop, and in the end you will face a constipation problem, scary not?

Like what the packet said so, it's coated with honey and roasted (a lil of salt) So delicious! It's the best snack ever ^.^ Munch Munch Crunch Crunch!

This is the inside of it, brownish color, normally without any process,
the original one should be in beige color.

Love Macadamias alot alot ^^

The packet says one packet 10 servings, for me one packet one serving lol!
I could just eat non-stop, one after another. And I found out that this is one of
the best way I can concentrate on my study! Munch Munch while studying...

I love Macadamia Nuts.

Since I act like a nut, ya'll can call me Macadamia,
it's my new name, in short, Mac.

Is my spaghetti qualified?

This gonna be a "one picture post" haha. Recently my parent were in Malaysia, leaving me and my brother home alone. For breakfast and lunch, my brother will decide himself, as for dinner, I will cook! :D The night before the day before yesterday, this is my work :

Nice or not? :D Can qualify as level one restaurant 's dish ka? >.<
