Vicky eat at I Lotus of Brunei!


I lotus is a restaurant, it's not a flower =.=
They first opened when I was 13 years old which is 2003
They are known as Brunei's best kept secret and I wonder why O.O

They are very exposed what.
Where got secret?



Because I didn't have the chance to take the ILotus logo,

Most of the people go to I lotus at night time,
where the environment is filled with greenery and watery features.







I love the ambiance warm and welcoming cute soft toys.







Inside the menu book, there are soooooooooo many drooling orders,
awaiting for Vicky to order them.













Like other chinese restaurants,
I Lotus prepares a peanut dish for us before our orders arrive.
Snack-before-dinner, haha!
Or they know we people like to gossip and nom nom.
That's the most enjoyable moment of O ba san~

I know what's inside this, Mango Vanilla and thick milk.
Vicky love the smoothness, silkiness and sensuousness
of the texture in it... The smoothie flows from ur mouth, straight to your heart :)

Imma in heaven.










Not only the food is very eye catcy, even the wall art also very rhythmic!









Love the hanging glass wall too! Got the feel of continuity :)







I really love the cool interior environment very much!

It is chef recommendation, they got confident on it and so they recommend it of course!






The Prawn flesh is somehow different from other prawn
Very chewy, fleshy like scallop!

But I love the basket :D






This look like bread aka toufu thingy..
By the time you put it in your mouth, the toufu fleshiness melt into ur oesophagus...
Then to your stomach and touch the wall of liver... Very nais I can say :)

Lastly and not least, the FISH of course.
I can't get away from fish on every meals now.
Since I don't eat other meats, fish is the only thing I can consume as meat.

Vicky learn to do Apple Crumble!



First of all, I have to show you my latest creativity of artistic Vickilious work piece.
The other day, the day was extremridiculously hot!
So I covered my face with my jacket hood, and found it funneh!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! to the max!



May I present you my art piece.




I went to Secret Recipe again!




The cake is TIRAMISU, it makes me think of Irene :(

Latino Vanilla! Hmm, prefer cold one, better lo.
Because hot one is kinda bitter >.< woo...

Now come to the main part of the post!


The other day someone taught me how to do Apple Crumble!!


Yay...



We need GREEN APPLES!


Cut them into to cubes and cook them in sweet syrup.
Volume of syrup is according to your own taste.
For Vicky me, I prefer Ngam Ngam Ho!








And self Raising flour for bla bla Gram.
Forgot ady! Gah, i forgot to write on my not pad :< sad.






Then measure the adequate amount of OATS!








And then the brown sugar!
Not white sugar, if not everything will turn to nothing.















Butter BAR!!! Not salted, remember that!








Put the cooked apples into a glass bowl, round shape nicer.





Cut the yellow butter into cubes like many spongebob squarepants.








And Cinnamon powder!










Put the flour into a dry cleam bowl








Anen, the cinnamon powder patt!







Tada, the Fuji mountain with a bit of chocolate sand on top!






Then the spongebob squarepants!




Next what you need is something from your badeh!







The HAND!











After adding in the oats and brownies sugars...

Smash the mixture up!!
Don't be too rude, smash them politely.







And tada the golden hand done Mixture!








Then squash them onto the apples









Preheat the Oven to 220 degree celcius






Err, this is extra thingy but just wanna share lo,
can put the custard on top too!






20 minutes later...





Something that is very impossible possibled!!








The apple crumble just came out from the heavenly oven!!
