The One Who gave an End to the Steamboat Ceremony

Talking About Eating, I miss my mom's cook a lot, it has been almost a year for me to taste her cook, :(

Especially the fish that she fried few days ago.
So Delicious! T.T





I started to got interest on frying that fish
So, I became a chef few days after that



Here I go!!
...Kinda Easy...

1 Step:
Season the fish, fry it when the oil is warm enough



Caution: Fry till it became Golden Brown




2nd Step: Chop one biji of Garlic into pieces


Caution: Beware of your Finger

3rd Step: Fry the Garlic till Golden Brown and apply them onto the Fried Fish


Something is Missing there... ...

Soy souse (Sweet typed is preferable)
香菜

AND

POOF!

TADA~
