Grill Mayo Salmon Recipe from Chefky

As I promised earlier in my facebook wallpost, I'm going to post the recipe of
Grilled Mayo Salmon

to you all! :D Isn't that great?! Wohooo~
Just a few easy steps only ^^

1. Preheat the oven to 180 and prepare a Salmon.

Here you go, a salmon :D

2. Peel off the Salmon Skin

You need some karate kung fu skill here, using the knife cutting in between the skin and the flesh horizontally carefully.

3. Put the naked salmon on the aluminum foil covered tray.

Sexy salmon, don't grease the tray
because salmon itself will produce oil once heated.

5. Prepare Mayonnaise.

Whatever brand you like, one facebook friend suggested me to use Japanese mayo (soft bottle) one, also can :D Any mayonnaise!! Free of Choice!!

6. Prepare Salt.

For me I use Saxa salt, I like it because the bottle looks cool.

7. Spread the salt onto the buddeh of salmon equally.

Like massaging its back.

8. Spread the Mayo onto the buddeh salmon equally.

Prefer to cover all of it, as in all of the flesh see-able.

I did not put all because the family pay more
attention to the "health facts" issue XD

PUT IN THE PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES!

5 Minutes later...

Take out the tray carefully,
don't burn yourself cause I already did and it's painful T.T

9. Put on black pepper onto the half grilled salmon.

Any brand as long as it's black papper and makes you sneeze.

10. Then parsley,
now this is very important because it provides major scent on the dish.

Pour it equally onto the mayo-covered salmon.

PUT BACK THE TRAY INTO THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 6 -7 MINUTES!
Just in case you can't see my words, I capitalised them XD

Look it's grilling X)

6 to 7 minutes later.... DING!

And this is Chefky's revealed recipe of Grill Mayo Salmon
