Hey I used to eat laksa like almost EVERYDAY in Sibu one ler...
So no doubt for me to think of what to put into the cook XD
Being fair and not selfish,
I (anti-chicken) bought Chicken breast too.
And there there the ingredients are prepared!
And of course, the laksa paste. LOL!
Home made laksa not necessary do the paste by self ma right?
The Mee hoon (Rice Stick) of course!
Must soak them in the water first,
the longer the time the better!
Here how's the paste looks like, red red and hot hot de...
Wou, haven't try already drooling wei ^^
Yeap, boil the mee hoon until they are tender and soft
NOT MUDDY, that's overcooked already.
The soup, you can put some tomatoea and fried onion into it.
Laksa paste!
Fried egg too! Hmm, for 4 serving I put 3 eggs
Fried as flat as possible so that you can cut them in slices...
Muahahaha...... Sounds like murderer =.=
And the Soup is done!
All you have to do is campur all the hampalan macam together.

The Dried Bean Curd must be soaked into the soup
So it can absorb the soup like....
